Publiée sur le compte @FaithNtako65514, la vidéo montre un groupe de soldats marchant dans un paysage rural, apparemment non identifié. L’homme qui filme commente en Swahili :
« Ce sont les soldats rwandais qui quittent la RDC « … » Corneille Nangaa est déjà mort ! »
Ces propos sont affirmatifs, mais ne s’appuient sur aucune preuve vérifiable. Aucun insigne militaire, drapeau ou autre élément visuel n’identifie clairement les soldats comme appartenant aux Forces de défense du Rwanda (RDF).
